4. Sponsorship

Members may from time to time wish to allow other relatives, friends or young persons under 18 years of age who are travelling abroad, to have access to the Bureau and Club facilities.

The Sponsorship Period allowed is limited to 30 days only and must be by prior arrangement.

Requirements are:

Full name of Sponsored Person.

Date of Birth. & Passport Number.

Destination Address.

Next of Kin.

5. Litigation Services

Members, who become involved in an unexpected crisis situation and require assistance, should inform the Bureau as soon as possible.

Many situations can be resolved with a single telephone call but others may require lengthy and costly litigation.

Bureau 24 cannot automatically accept responsibility for such litigation but may in certain circumstances offer financial assistance or limited free legal advice.

Where a request for extensive litigation assistance is turned down by the club Secretary, the decision will be binding and will not require explanation of any kind.
