During United Kingdom Bank Holidays Bureau 24 will close down its administrative departments for computer back-up and service. Emergency calls only  will be accepted during this time. All other routine matters should be discussed when normal working resumes.

The use of this Emergency Number: (+ 44 (0) 7712  242424 )  takes priority over all other Bureau or Club administrative tasks and it is the duty of all Bureau Staff to assist any Member who feels at risk or who may have been involved in any incident requiring International assistance.

We must stress however, that all emergency assistance is conducted by mutual agreement only, between the International Club Member and the Bureau Staff and that the Bureau can not be held responsible  in any way whatsoever for any situation or circumstance that may develop whilst undertaking specific instructions from a member, whether overseas or not.

Our Membership Magazine is specifically designed to present a World-wide interactive open forum for the benefit of all members. It aims to cover a broad section of topics which affect: The World we live in, our personal security and our ability to communicate in difficult situations. Additionally, it is the means by which a member can receive or respond to a high standard of ever growing additional services within the organisation as a whole.
